Don't ever look back at old posts about New Year's resolutions

unless you want to be disappointed. I haven't done any of the lame stuff I claimed I was going to do. Hell, I just put the wireless card in the laptop two days ago.

But I like to think of it this way: I have accomplished a lot this year. In 2006, I:

• got married to a totally rockin' guy
• directed a successful (!) play
• started a novel- but will I finish (tune in for next week's exciting conclusion)
• got not one, but two jobs! (and I like them!)
• got the ball rolling on starting my own business
• ...and much much more!

That makes me feel better. But from now on, no more resolutions.
